Overview

The family camp area, located at the east end of Van Buren State Park, is a peaceful, quiet loop. It offers 50-amp electric sites and non-electric sites — several perfect for tent camping. Pets are permitted on all sites, many of which are partially shaded.

  • New vault latrines, drinking water, and dump station
  • Gravel pads and drives
  • Registered campers can borrow sports equipment and games from the camp host
  • Playground, volleyball and basketball courts, horseshoe pits, corn hole
  • Easy access to multipurpose trails leading to hiking and bridle trails
  • Amphitheater
